Exchange Policy

Aelin | Exchange Policy
At Aelin, we want to ensure you feel confident in our designs. If the fit isn't perfect or you'd prefer a different color, we are happy to facilitate an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
To qualify for an exchange, please ensure:
• Original Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains (makeup, deodorant, etc.) or scents.
• Tags & Packaging: All original tags and Aelin branded packaging must be intact.
• Proof of Purchase: A digital invoice or order number must be provided.
• An exchange will only be eligible if an incorrect size or design was dispatched from our end.
2. Exchange Process
1.    Request: Contact us via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
2.    Verification: Send us a quick photo or video of the item to confirm its condition.
3.    Shipping: * Customer-Initiated: If you want a different size or color, you will need to ship the item back to our studio.
• Brand Error: If we sent the wrong size or a defective piece, we will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse your shipping costs.
4.    Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the original item, your new selection will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that the following cannot be exchanged:
• Custom-stitched or "Made to Order" outfits.
• Items purchased during a Clearance or Flash Sale.
• White or Ivory colored garments (due to their delicate nature).
4. Price Differences
• If the new item is of a higher value, the difference must be paid via Bank Transfer or COD before dispatch.
• If the new item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a store credit/discount code for your next purchase.
