Do you offer unstitched or pret (ready-to-wear)?
We primarily offer curated 3-piece sets and signature silhouettes like our Farshi shalwars. Please check the specific product page to see if a design is available as unstitched fabric or a finished, ready-to-wear ensemble.
How should I care for my Aelin garments?
Due to the delicate nature of luxury silks and hand-worked fabrics, we strictly recommend dry cleaning only for all our pieces to maintain their texture and longevity.

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Keep an eye out for seasonal promotions where we may offer free delivery!

To ensure your orders reach you safely and on time, we partner with reliable courier services including Leopards, M&P, and PostEx.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for orders across Pakistan. For high-value luxury sets, we may occasionally require a partial deposit to confirm the order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
• Ready-to-Wear: 5-8working days.
• Pre-orders/Custom Silhouettes: 7–14 working days.
• Please note that delivery times may vary during peak festive seasons.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
As a luxury label, we ensure every piece undergoes a strict quality check in our studio before being dispatched. We offer exchanges only if the product received is damaged or differs from your order. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier, we are unable to cancel it.
